Lecture Summary

Numerous sensors have been used in recent cars. In particular, as it evolves into autonomous vehicles, more diverse sensors are being used. Many types of sensors are manufactured using the MEMS process. This is to explain trends and development processes for displacement sensor and thermal image sensor technology using inductive technology and MBA technology.
